In fact, the Earth Hour website specify the time at 8.30 PM of your local time but the campaign in Thailand is starting on 8 PM. Now, it?s your chance to help our world to reduce the global warming by turning off your light on Saturday 28 March, 2009 for an hour.

This campaign should have more than one time per year to invite people concerning about the global warming.
