(on 27th July 2008) I will inform you about the mascots of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. <!--more--><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/images.beijing2008.cn\/20070709\/Img214108291.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In the Olympic emblem has 5 rings. There are also 5 mascots for Beijing 2008. These mascots is like the rings in Olympic emblem. The mascots are carrying a message of friendship, peace, and good wish from China to children all over the world. These mascots are called &quot;Fuwa&quot;. I don&#8217;t know what it is exactly meaning. I just known only 5 mascots represent most popular natural animals of China &#8212; the fish, the Tibetan Antelope, the Panda, and the Swallow &#8212; and the Olympic Flame. Mascots also represent the 5 elements of Buddhist in China; there are earth, water, air, wood and fire. Now, it&#8217;s time to look each of the mascots.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/images.beijing2008.cn\/20070709\/Img214108292.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>First, she is &quot;Beibei&quot;. (?? : \u0e40\u0e1b\u0e48\u0e22\u0e40\u0e1b\u0e48\u0e22) &quot;Beibei&quot; is fish. She also represents water element. This mascot is symbols of prosperity and harvest in China and blue olympic ring.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/images.beijing2008.cn\/20070709\/Img214108293.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Second, he is &quot;Jingjing&quot; (?? : \u0e08\u0e34\u0e07\u0e08\u0e34\u0e07) &quot;Jingjing&quot; is panda. He also represents wood element. This mascot makes children smile &#8212; and he also brings the blessing of happiness wherever he goes. He is big brother of Fuwa. He represents the red olympic ring.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/images.beijing2008.cn\/20070709\/Img214108295.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Fourth, he is &quot;Yingying&quot; (?? : \u0e2d\u0e34\u0e07\u0e2d\u0e34\u0e07) &quot;Yingying&quot; is a Tibetan Antelope and also earth element. He is like all antelopes, he is fast and agile. She represents the green olympic ring.<\/p>\n<p>If you order name of the mascots, you will get &quot;Bei Jing Huan Ying Ni&quot; (????? : \u0e40\u0e1b\u0e48\u0e22 \u0e08\u0e34\u0e07 \u0e2b\u0e27\u0e19 \u0e2d\u0e34\u0e07 \u0e2b\u0e19\u0e35\u0e48).
